Unable to identify the numericals

Dear Experts,

I have created an Adobe Form and we are testing the output in a Dot Matrix Printer(EPSON).

I have set the Font as Arial and Size as 10. But when I print the page in the Pre-Printed form from dot matrix printer, am not able to see the exact characters.

For eg: If the amount value is 138.01, I can see only '1' as clear and rest of the numericals are unable to identify, as whether '3' is 6 or 8 or 0.

I have tested the same in different dot matrix printer and results are same. Do I need tot ake care of some more settings??Please help me experts.
